Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer point of contact for fault reporting, fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance and spares management
  • Manage routine hardware/software maintenance tasks
  • Liaise with OEMs, sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma or Degree in an Electronics/Computer technical discipline
  • Working knowledge of C or C++ programming in Windows and/or Linux environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in development/support programs
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT software/hardware maintenance environment
  • Preferred Simulation/Gaming experience
  • Singapore Citizen (Mandatory Requirement)

Qualities

  • Strong hands-on ability in hardware/computer trouble-shooting and fault resolution
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, mature
  • Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
