Appointment:

Program Manager (Simulation & Training Solutions)

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial preferred) or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 6 years experience with proven record managing business programs. Minimum 2 years of international business experience. 

Qualities:

Must be a high performing self-starter with solid program management or related experience.

Responsibilities:

All aspects of program execution related to technical, cost and schedule performance as well as alignment to corporate established objectives.      

Ensure execution of projects to meet cost, technical, and schedule performance objectives and successful achievement of program milestones.     

Management of all elements of the program team, including internal as well as  subcontractor and customer relationships.                                     

Monthly program and financial reporting activities, reviews and presentations to Senior Management.                                                                      

Program performance on development, production, and contracts negotiation for both domestic and international markets for commercial and defence applications.                                                                                          

All customer communications and relations.                                  

Maintenance of good collaborative work environment.                          

Interfacing with customers and upper management for problem resolution, program status, and resource allocation.                                     

Management of Negotiations, both with customers and subcontractors.

Others:

Must be able to understand proposal activities and the development of estimates and proposal products.                                                     

Requires business development skills adequate to support new business acquisition.
