- 2005 Prescient set up Marketing Alliance in Muscat, Oman to spearhead the marketing activities in the Sultanate of Oman and the Middle East region.

- 2004 Prescient Systems & Technologies Pte Ltd is jointly established by Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited and Woodsides Ventures Limited to architect and spearhead Instrumentation training systems. As a new focused enterprise, Prescient provides full suite of end-to-end, innovative, and seamless training systems and services for its customers.
- 1999 ST Training & Simulation Pte Ltd is formed as a result of a merger between of iTS and ST Systems & Training Pte Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited.
- 1993 iTS was formed to address Training & Simulation Solutions for the defence and IT-related markets. iTS was a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Aerospace.
