ST Training & Simulation Pte Ltd was formed as a result of an amalgamation between iTS and ST Simulation Systems Pte. Ltd - which was a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited.

Prescient Systems & Technologies Pte. Ltd. is jointly established by Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited and a UK-based ventures capitalist to architect and spearhead simulation and training systems for the regional and international markets. As a new focused enterprise, Prescient provides full suite of end-to-end, innovative, seamless training systems and services for its customers.

Prescient Systems & Technologies Pte. Ltd. operates as an independent entity with the divestment by iTS Technologies Pte. Ltd and Woodside Ventures of their respective interests through a Management Buy-Out (MBO).
